fails. We proactively respond to these
alerts by contacting the property and then opening
a trouble ticket with the AT&T Network
Management Center.
We
receive daily, weekly and monthly reports on trunk
utilization, overflow and call length. We
carefully study these reports to ensure maximum
operating efficiency of your hotels.
